Harouna Ba

Harouna Ba is Co-Facilitator of the Northeast Rural Districts Research Alliance and State Liaison for Connecticut and New York. Ba has extensive experience investigating the contexts surrounding children and adult development of digital literacy skills, as well as evaluating the impact of complex multimedia and interdisciplinary programs in a range of settings—school, home, afterschool, and community. As a Research Scientist at EDC, Ba has investigated the relationship between technology and underserved communities in the United States and has designed, conducted, and managed evaluation projects focused on the implementation of technology infrastructure and supports in K–12 systems statewide.
