Pam Buffington is Co-Facilitator of the Northeast Rural Districts Research Alliance and the State Liaison for Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont. As a Senior Project Director at EDC, she provides technical assistance in evidence-based policy development and decision-making to state and local education agencies. She is a project leader in the development and management of multiple professional development initiatives, including the Maine Impact Study of Technology in Mathematics Intervention. She is an expert in technology integration in education with extensive work in the areas of mathematics and science and has designed and implemented online and face-to-face professional development materials.
