State Liaisons

State liaisons are the primary points of contact between REL Northeast and Islands and the region. They bring extensive experience in applied education research and technical assistance to their relationships with a broad range of policymakers and practitioners across the region’s nine states and territories.

Liaisons play the critical role of ensuring that the breadth and depth of the educational issues in each jurisdiction are well represented in the REL’s priority setting, and they also serve as a conduit for the regional and federal resources available through the REL program.
